We were pleased to welcome Cat Smith MP to the Pre-Law offices this week for a constructive and engaging visit.
The meeting provided an opportunity to demonstrate how Pre-Law supports businesses and individuals through transparent, practical legal guidance. Discussions focused on the barriers many people face when navigating legal processes, particularly where cost, complexity, or uncertainty discourages early engagement. We outlined how our approach is designed to address those challenges by making legal information easier to understand and act upon.
During her visit, Cat Smith MP met with members of our team and explored how we deliver client support, with particular emphasis on communication, education, and early-stage legal assistance. We discussed the importance of ensuring that individuals can access reliable legal information at the right time, before issues escalate.
The conversation also covered the role of innovation and community outreach in improving access to justice. This included how alternative legal service providers can complement traditional legal services by increasing availability and reducing friction for those seeking initial guidance.
We are grateful to Cat Smith MP for taking the time to engage with our work and for her continued interest in initiatives that improve access to legal services. Engagement of this kind is important in ensuring that policy discussions remain informed by the practical realities faced by individuals and organisations.
